Marietta Community Foundation & Building Bridges to Careers Announce 2026 InfluencHer Leadership Summit

Washington County – Marietta Community Foundation in partnership with Building Bridges to Careers, is excited to announce the return of the InfluencHer Leadership Summit on Friday, August 7, 2026.

The InfluencHer Leadership Summit is a free, one-day experience designed to empower the next generation of young leaders through connection, mentorship, and hands-on learning. Throughout the day, participants—known as “InfluencHers”—will take part in interactive workshops focused on communication, teamwork, confidence-building, and self-discovery, while also engaging with inspiring female mentors and forming meaningful friendships.

The Summit is exclusively tailored for girls ages 10 to 12 who reside in Washington County, Ohio, and Williamstown, West Virginia, and is open only to those who have not previously attended. To ensure a highly personalized and impactful experience, space is extremely limited with only 25 available spots. Participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and families are strongly encouraged to register early as the event is expected to fill quickly.

Registration is now open. To learn more and secure a spot, visit: https://www.mcfohio.org/influencher
