What is #MCFinAction?
We believe true leadership starts with action. #MCFinAction is our promise not just to encourage community involvement, but to live it ourselves. It’s where passion meets purpose, and where our team steps out from behind the scenes to walk alongside those we serve.

Our Impact So Far in 2025

We had the honor of volunteering at the Mobile Market Food Distribution hosted by SE Ohio Foodbank & Kitchen at the Washington County Fairgrounds! Not only were we able to help fight food insecurity, but we also had the privilege of representing the Rotary Club of Marietta alongside Heather and welcoming Laney as a new member!

We were proud to support Pelotonia with a $100 donation for their bake sale with all proceeds benefiting groundbreaking cancer research at OSUCCC-James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute.

We awarded a $500 mini-grant to David Veres, the incoming Vice Head of Veritas Classical Academy at Building Bridges to Careers: BB2C's Education After Hours.

Britani volunteered her time at the Boys & Girls Club of Washington County's Annual Dinner, where she had the privilege of capturing the memories of the event.

Heather wore two hats - volunteering as a proud member of the Rotary Club of Marietta District 6690 and representing the Foundation during the Marietta Main Street Downtown Spring Clean-up.

Britani and one of our dedicated board members, Mike Buell, lent a hand at the Washington County 4-H Endowment Event, keeping the drink station running smoothly and supporting a great cause that empowers our youth.

Austin Witucky, one of our incredible 25 Under 25 honorees, volunteered at the Veto Lake Spring Sweep on behalf of the Foundation.

Another one of our dedicated 25 Under 25 honorees, Seth Merritt, volunteered at the Marietta Noon Lions Earth Day Celebration on behalf of the Foundation.

We had the privilege of donating a variety of goodies to the incredible team at the O'Neill Center for their Day Center seniors' Easter baskets.

One of our dedicated board members, Michelle Secrest, rolled up her sleeves during setup for the Annual GoPacks Top Chef Challenge.

We were thrilled to take part in the Community Baby Bash, hosted by Washington County Help Me Grow! This event brought together a variety of local organizations, all dedicated to supporting and educating families about the resources available right here in Washington County.

In honor of National Rescue Dog Day, we made a special donation to the Humane Society of the Ohio Valley - HSOV! To celebrate we donated toys and treats to support the incredible work they do every day.

We were thrilled to support GoPacks’ 10-Year Bash as the anchor sponsor! To celebrate, we hosted a hands-on herb planting activity for kids—each pot a symbol of growth and GoPacks’ lasting impact. Huge thanks to board member Jill Witucky and her son Austin for helping us end the day on a high note.

When L.A.M.B. Lowell Food Pantry needed help keeping their space cool and safe, we stepped in through #MCFinAction. A new A/C unit means comfort for volunteers and protection for the food that serves so many. We're proud to support their continued impact in the community!

Laney and Heather had the chance to roll up their sleeves and scoop some ice cream at the Belpre High School Alumni Association’s annual Ice Cream Social & Cruise-In! From longtime supporters to new friends met in the ice cream line, it was a joy connecting with the Belpre community and celebrating a cherished local tradition.

Britani and Seth recently rolled up their sleeves to support the Lowell Adams Volunteer Fire Dept & Auxiliary during their annual Ice Cream Social at Buell Island!

Britani, along with one of our dedicated board members, Jennifer Schenkel, spent the day volunteering at the Harmar Days Festival in the beer garden!

Heather & Charlotte volunteered their time to help out at the Belpre Homecoming Festival in the beer garden!

To ensure every child was ready for the new school year, we stepped in to help the Salvation Army of Marietta purchase the remaining supplies for their annual back-to-school giveaway.
