“Since the 2022 downturn, the generosity of our donors and strong investment growth have propelled the Foundation’s total assets to nearly $80 million. Yet, only about 17% of these assets are unrestricted. While restricted funds do incredible work across the community, it is the unrestricted dollars that allow us to act where needs are most urgent, seize emerging opportunities, and respond with agility. Strengthening this flexibility will be central to our vision, ensuring the Foundation can create meaningful, lasting impact for generations to come.”
